Ready, Set , Fall, an Italian band playing Swedish melodic death with American metalcore and a strong preference for agile variability. Five members: Marco Pochettino (drums), Giovanni Santolla (Bass/vocals), Christopher Volpi (vocals), Francesco Scaravelli (guitar) and Frank Mossa (guitar).
When you listen to “Memento” you cannot avoid thinking of In Flames, Soilwork, Killswith Engage or All That Remains. First number “Deceiving Lights” sounds strange when the clean voice takes it over from the scream, and sounds like a chorus from Nickelback. And official “Deceiving Lights” video will be released on 17/01/2014. General not a bad cd straight drums and nice guitar riffs. My favorites are “Is This A Happy Ending?”, “A.N.S.I.A” and the strange “Labyrinth”. Alternative/Melodic Death Metal fans must buy this album!
