After 31 years, this NWOBHM band Deep Machine returned to the studio to record three new tracks Old favourites like the updated version of ‘Iron Cross’ and ‘Killer’ and one brand new song ‘Whispers In The Black’ that was written by Lenny.
In 2011 the band came already with four songs on a EP and a small tour. But due the departure of guitarist Nigel Martindale the band had to concentrate on the search of a new guitar player. The obvious choice would be the invite John Wiggins.. But at the end of the search the found Nick a fantastic guitar player.
It came out well. Whispers in the Black is a great EP that every lover of NWOBHM should add to his collection. The only downside of this one is, why the fact only three songs? It’s time for a full cd guys!!!
