When I started listening to this CD, I felt as if some black hole had sucked me in, and I was taken back in time to the eighties, at the time when NWOBHM was rearing its head and becoming popular. At times you even think you’re listening to a copy of Iron Maiden.

So I started looking for some info about this band, and found out that the founding member is some John A.B.C. Smith (ew Gallow’s Pole, Scanner, At Vance). That’s about the only thing I could find. It’s a short this, at 40 minutes, if you judge by today’s standards, but if like me you grew up in the eighties with vinyl records, this won’t really mind you, cause LP’s in that time were about of that length. This is not the type of music to write long articles about.  It’s straight forward traditional heavy metal, and I must admit I immediately liked it.  It was like the eighties had come back to life for 40 minutes. A definitive must buy for fans of classic NWOBHM.
