Gus G, born September 12 1980 in Thessalonki, Greece and is a metal guitaris. He current plays with his band Firewind and Ozzy Osbourne. He also played in Mystick Prophecy, Nightragen, Arch Enemy and Dream Evil. In 2012 he had time to made he solo record because he want to made some hard-rock/metal music.
After making serval other albums too much to count. He launched his first solo Album “I Am The Fire” with many known artists like ; drummers Jeff Friedl (A PERFECT CIRCLE, PUSCIFER, DEVO) and Daniel Erlandsson (ARCH ENEMY), bassists David Ellefson (MEGADETH), Billy Sheehan (MR. BIG, DAVID LEE ROTH) and Marty O'Brien (TOMMY LEE, WE ARE THE FALLEN, LITA FORD), and vocalists Mats Levén (CANDLEMASS, ex-YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, THERION), Blake Allison (DEVOUR THE DAY), Michael Starr (STEEL PANTHER), Alexia Rodriguez (EYES SET TO KILL), Tom S. Englund (EVERGREY), Jacob Bunton (ADLER) and Jeff Scott Soto (TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA, TALISMAN, ex-JOURNEY, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN). All friends of the mixer Jay Ruston (Antrax, Stone Sour, Steel Panther). The first “My Will Be Done” on the album sounds great with some raw/hard rock guitar riffs that I like with the voice of Mats Levén (Candlemass). I can feel the drive and fire in the song yeah more of this… Third song titletrack “I Am The Fire” even better ad this time the voice of Blake Allison (Devour The Day). What an album the that I most liked is number eight on the album “Eyes Wide Open” what a song guitar drum and again the voice of Mats Levén ! The album showcases a well-balanced mix of active rock, classic hard rock, traditional metal and guitar-driven instrumentals, taking listeners on a diverse journey and opening doors to Gus G.'s soulful playing.
