Everybody Needs An Angel is a concept album, which tells of the suffering of a mother for the loss of their son. Each track on the album, describes the state of mind and the torment of a woman, and his suffering. I have to inform you that it’s totally instrumental, so what the fuck about concept. Lucio Manca is founded by Italian bass player Lucio Manca known for his work with Dominici and Solid Vision. Although you can’t blame the band for not controlling their instruments, but eventually even the strong and modern production can’t hide the lack of creativity and originality at work. The silly cover artwork and the dito concept furthermore underlines the weak impression I got from Lucio Manca. The only thing I like about this  band they don’t suffer from an exaggerated Italian accent.

If you like Tool, Katatonia, A Perfect Circle and the likes, you might also get a good time out of Lucio Manca. I can assure Lucio NOT everybody needs an angel.
