Israel's breakthrough band Orphaned Land  (also known as” the pioneers of Oriental metal”), have returned with their latest record entitled ”All Is One” witch contains a certain message for everyone to embrace: "People should be judged by their hearts and inner sincerity, not their religious beliefs."

A mission on witch this band has spent almost 20 years on during their career, and they still continue to work on their reputation as band with a purpose. They want to be something more than just a melodic death metal, black metal and folk metal band. Instead of singing about myths (folk parts) they write about real situations in the world that are going on.

This is kind of a “you either love it or hate it” band/record. Production and sound are top notch. The make or break point lies within the Middle Eastern sound influences witch are pretty cool and well executed. But If you aren’t for this kind of genre it can be overwhelming and a bit to much. But apart from that this is a very good metal record.
