Prong is an American metal band formed in 1986. Prong had two independent releases, Primitive Origins and Force Fed. The albums attracted the attention of Epic Records, who signed the trio in 1989. The group disbanded in 1997 after the Rude Awakening tour, but re-formed in 2002. Current members; Tommy Victor - lead vocals, guitar (since 1986), Tony Campos - bass guitar (since 2009) and Alexei Rodriguez - drums (since 2009) .

Too much albums to count but after two years waiting again an new album “Ruining Lives”. Like Tommy Victor said “This is the fastest written and recorded PRONG-album ever and it has more great songs than any previous PRONG-record”. And this is true what an opener “Turnover” Starts with a great drum line with some nice and raw guitar riff and when Tommy starts to sing what a play. If this is the start a the album what is waiting… And yes what a sound again and again. One track is different  the ninth song “Come To Realize” like metal meets pure hardcore and a crazy-ass riff. This album is again a jewel to adore, go run to the nearest shop and buy this record!
