Nic Polimeno

Based in Milano, Niccolo Polimeno is a young (born late August 1991) Italian Blues guitarist for whom label Tanzan Music expresses itself in raving superlatives. In other words, the label people expect a lot from this artist's debut release.

New Device

New Device is a hard rock band from South East England, UK that was established in late 2007. The band is Influenced by bands like Guns N’ Roses and Aerosmith as well as taking influence from “younger acts” like Alterbridge or Stone Sour.

Moonreich

French horde Moonreich return with the second album, called Terribilis Est Locus Iste. The album comes close to an hour of duration and is worth every single minute of it, at least if you can appreciate the aural execution of misanthropy. Moonreich do stand for fast, disharmonic and merciless Black metal with a specific Nordic-alike sound, a grim atmosphere (mind the massive yet icy production!) and a nasty approach that trespasses all narrow-mindedly created borders.

Lord Dying

Impressive sludge metal with a thrash-touch is offered to us by Lord Dying on their debut-album and will bring each fan of High On Fire, Mastodon, Black Tusk, Red Fang, Ancients or Lair of the Minotaur to tears of anger! Because this stuff is absolutely excellent.

Lonewolf

Lonewolf started their heavy metal journey in 1992 in Grenoble, France. After "The Calling" demo tape was released in 1994 and the single "Holy Evil" in 1996. Not much later, the band broke up, to return in 2000 stronger than ever. That same year the band released the "March Into The Arena" debut album, and promoted it on a tour. Due to the “success” a second, a third album and various LP’s were inevitable.

Kyte

Phew...what the...? Why on earth does my editor-in-chief throw things like this in my general direction?

Hebosagil

This “Doom” Metal band from Oulu (coastal town by the Botnic Gulf at the mouth of the river Oulujoki, situated NW & middle of Finland – with over 130,000 inhabitants, it is the 5th largest city in the country, and one of the northernmost largest cities in the world) was founded as a quintet in 2003.

Deep Purple

Truly one of hard rock great survivors UK’s Deep Purple return with their 19th album and Now What?! is already being heralded as one of the best records the group has released in not years, but decades.

Circle

Not to be confused with the Belgian band by the same name (and a couple of acts from other countries), this now possibly defunct band from Finland was founded in 1991 in the town of Pori, and throughout the years went through a series of line-up changes, making bassist/ guitarist Jussi Lehtisalo the only constant member.

Sister Sin

Sweden has always been the breeding ground of many great metal bands. One that has been taken from under the dust is the female fronted rock 'n roll band Sister Sin. Ten years ago, they released their debut record, called Dance Of The Wicked. But as the band didn't get the success they deserved back then, the American label Victory Records decided to re-release the album.
