Sodom

Damn, I lost my count, but who didn’t? Since the band came out in 1984 with “In The Sign Of Evil” it was always on top of the four big teutonic thrash metalbands.

Yantra

For a project with some truly high-grade Instrumental Metal music, these guys sure use a terribly illegible logo! But heck, that's not what this is about, is it?

Komatsu

Komatsu (thank God I don't have to try to pronounce the band's name) is a metal band from Eindhoven, the Netherlands. One year after their debut EP, it's time to welcome their very first full-length record, which goes by the title of Manu Armata, meaning nothing less than 'arms in hand'.

Dyst

If there's one thing that gives me slight creeps, it's Mister Bieber. Next to that, you have emo metalcore. The Norwegian band of Dyst describe themselves as such a band. However, what they bring is far from the childish thing I first had in mind. This young band seems to be really grown up musically.

Vaduz

To many of us, Iowa based Vaduz will be a new name, yet the band's roots go back all the way to 1987!

Vomitor

Aussie veterans Vomitor are back (again) with another bloody excerpt of gore and death! This time it’s the ultimate escalation of Old School nastiness, but so it has always been the case, or am I mistaken? Don’t expect a renewing album, for this band has never given in to trends or popularity contests (mind the friendly people from down under, will you), but nobody wants Vomitor doing something else but the thing they’re good at: thrashing the listener down with barbaric, primal Death / Thrash / Black / Speed / Grind Terror from the Old School.

Six Feet Under

Unborn is the tenth full length studio album by Six Feet Under, in mean time, and it sounds as if these guys have the virility of a teenager. Experience pays, you see.

For a discography or history, I’d like to refer to the web for I’m too lazy right now. …had an extremely busy week, you see.

Rings Of Saturn

I’m not sure if I have to scream out loud: ‘help’, or is it ‘hurray’, but Dingir, the second Rings Of Saturn album, goes on in the very same vein of the debut Embryonic Anomaly.
