Khaos Aeon

The German act Khaos Aeon was formed in 2006 by Isaz (g, v) and Phosphoros (d), and in 2011 they debuted via Fog Of The Apocalypse with the full length studio record Exitus, an album that did include the Dissection cover-track Frozen. Two of the songs, by the way, also appeared on the split-cassette Anarchonic Deathworship, which also includes Canada’s Blight and fellow countrymen of Svathyr.

Demoraliser

Demoraliser an English group founded in June 2010. Current members are for the moment: James Dexter – Vocals, Nathan Smith – Guitar, Sam Jarvis – Guitar, James Raisbeck – Bass and Mat Ombler – Drums.

Deathevokation

Taken their name from an old Dismember-song (or was it Carnage???), Deathevokation were born (created by Götz Vogelsang) nine years ago in order to pay tribute to the Old School.

Blackwitch Pudding

Blackwitch Pudding’s debut cd has been out for some time already but only now has found its way to our reviews. If you like the sound of one song on this 7 track cd you're bound to like them all. This band is slave to the distorted monstrous claustrophobic riff and guitars buzz in an emphatic low-tuned blur, surprisingly reliable groovy drumming, brief bursts of speed, mid-tempo marches and a narcotic-dazed delirium pervading the slower passages.

Asomvel

If you like down to earth, raw kick-ass metal that sounds best played live at your local titties bar, then this is right up your crotch. The high energy of Knuckle Duster that may not be big on originality is cool, infectious, raunchy and bang your head that doesn’t bang in every other way.

For fans of: Motörhead, Motörhead, Motörhead and yes Tank and Venom too.

Skyliner

Skyliner originaly from Jacksonville, Florida. Formed in the year 2000 playing Heavy/progressive/power metal. But they making music that you normally expect from Europe. Current members are Ben ‘The Ben’ Brenner (drums, percussion), Jake Becker (vocals, guitar), Ashley Flynn (keyboards) and David Lee Redding (Bass).

Reese

I got/ found but little info on this Vicenza based North-Italian band, but I'm happy to share with you what I know about 'em.

Nervosa

Nervosa is an all-female Brazilian trash metal band from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil,  release its debut album, "Victim Of Yourself" somewhere between February and March (depending on where you live). The all-female thrash band offers the listener the same high-speed riffs, furious drumming and raging leads like every “man band” would. The songs have a brutal and raw energy and are crowned by murderous hooks and aggressive vocals.

Lorn

Lorn are an Italian band that were formed more than a decade ago. They released an album in 2006 (Towards The Abyss Of Disease via Eerie Art Records) and some really splendid splits (!!!). The trio recently signed to one of my actual favourite labels, I, Voidhanger Records, in order to release the second full studio record, called Subconscious Metamorphosis, an album with a total running time of an hour.
